You might be a student entering your final year and can work part time while you study with potential career paths to move into a finance, tech, or management role after graduation. Alternatively, you may be a recent grad with skills in one or more of these areas.

If a fast pace & the triage of many competing – and sometimes unexpected & urgent – demands sounds like a fun challenge (and not a huge burden); if you’re adept at customer service – both with the lovely customers and the prickly customers; if you are keen to keep learning, then this job will be a good fit for you.

• You are comfortable with using technology and complex range of different software.

• Lightning-fast responder to guest enquiries through several communication and booking platforms.

• Organising and Managing Cleaning

• Organising and Managing Guest Arrivals

• Troubleshooting Maintenance and Guest Issues

• Working with the team to ensure our review score remains at a high level.

• Prioritising sale opportunities

• Additional tasks suited to your background and/or future development (e.g. finance/tech/business development)

• Late Evening, Weekend and Public Holidays Required.

We’ve been building successful businesses for a lifetime in tech and price optimisation from ground zero until completing sales of each to large multinationals and using our experience we will do the same in the Short-Term Rental space.

We got into apartment hosting as we were not seeing it done well; the analytics and creativity applied at hotels to maximise the returns was not there, and neither was the service to guests. We felt this could be done to the benefit of owners and guests without giving away the cost advantage a short stay has over a hotel.
