WHATS INCLUDED IN EACH APARTMENT? All apartments are fully furnished, including fully furnished bedrooms, living room and kitchen with a full stock of kitchen items. All apartments include a washer and dryer, what means not having to pay to use common coin laundries common in other student accommodation. Apartments are also furnished with everything from an hair dryer, iron to an smart tv in the living area with access to Netflex. All utilities are included as well as WIFI.
WHAT IS DOWNSIZING? If you move into a larger apartment such as a two bedroom apartment with a room mate and if later into the lease your room mate leaves and you can’t find another room mate, move to an one bedroom apartment with us is easy just give us, just let us know and where find one for you. Alternatively we can also help you find room mates to pay the rent.
WHAT IS UP SIZING? If you move into a smaller apartment such as a one bedroom apartment because you don’t know anyone yet who could be a room mate in an larger apartment and find one later. Into the middle of your lease, no problem. were find you a larger apartment such as an two bedroom apartment to move to. Alternatively we can also help you find a room mate or ask about are shared apartment options.
DON’T LIKE THE BEDDING CONFIGURATION? If you have found an apartment and location you like but you don’t like the bedding configuration such as there is a queen bed in one room but you require two singles. We will find you an apartment with you preferred bedding configuration or change the beds in the apartment for a small fee.
IM GOING AWAY FOR THE SUMMER BREAK, WHAT ABOUT MY THINGS? Have you gone shopping through out the year and accumulated more in your wardrobe than you can fit in you luggage to travel home for the summer break. Ask us about storing your luggage or items for you when you move out for the summer break, allowing you keep everything and have it for the new year when you move in. Its like you never left. FLEXIABLE LEASES? Weather you sign up to 3 months or a year and later your plans change, your not locked in the lease term and can leave anytime with 28 nights notice, no matter the term you signed up to!
